Is the luggage keeping service?

We provide luggage keeping service at the check in/out front counter. We will keep your luggage for free for maximum of 3 days. After 3 days, we will be charging 10000 won per day for maximum of 3 days. For luggage kept over 3 weeks, we will contact the owner, then luggage will be dealt with accordingly.

What do you provide in the guest rooms?

We provide  towel and bath towel, soap and hair dryer. Bathroom kit are for sale at 1,000 Won per kit

Can I extend just a few hours to check out ?

You can extend the check-out time, but extension will be charged at 5000 won per hour

Is it possible check-in at night?

Yes, reception hours are 24 hours., Check in after 12am please inform us in advance

Can we eat in our room?

Eating  is not allowed in guest rooms. We provide microwaves, you can enjoy your simple meals at the common areas located on the 7th and 9th floor.  However, cooking is not allowed.

How is Safety & Security in this hotel?

Covered under fire insurance, CCTV installed, Password door lock, fire detection machine, safety facilities certificate, extinguisher, security facilities. The roof of the emergency exit stairs, individual heating and air conditioning.

Do you have multi lingual speaker? Which language do they speak?

In order to provide our customers better services, we have English, Japanese, Chinese speaking staffs.

Do you offer breakfast?

We Provide a simple breakfast (bread, coffee, milk, beverage)

Is there other services you provide?

We can provide you food, sightseeing, entertainment guides, and also other information such as call-taxi. Accommodation to customers free luggage keeping services
